After the implementation of the Group''s “Sailing Plan” support project, the middle management ability endurance project in 2019 is the first middle-level cadre training project with the target of production system management cadres according to the group''s talents training requirements. The company specially hired Vice General Manager Mr. Zhang Hongfei as the teacher in charge of the training class for the endurance project, and General Manager of the group Mr. Ren Letian issued the letter of appointment.

Mr. Ren emphasized three points: Firstly, with the development and growth of Yangzijiang, our company has now entered a new stage of transformation, upgrading, and innovation. In addition to solid hard power, the sustainable development of enterprise must also build a talent team that keeps pace with the times and has both ability and political integrity. The existing young cadres are the backbone of Yangzijiang who is growth based on Yangzijiang and develop follow the step of Yangzijiang. The company needs the continuous improvement of the cadres to provide support for the Group''s sustainable development.
